Soaring food prices, store-imposed limits and double-digit inflation numbers continue to cause problems, particularly for students.
Despite expectations for inflation to fall below 10% last month, this didn’t materialise.
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) lay the blame on the continued rise in food prices, which are increasing at the highest rate seen in the last 45 years.
